During Winter Term of the first year, Fellows take HST2410: American History Study Tour. This history course is taught by two ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ professors and begins with a few days of class on campus. Students then embark on a two-week bus tour to visit historical sites along the Eastern Seaboard in locations such as Wilmington, Greensboro, Williamsburg, Charleston, St. Augustine, Tallahassee, Chattanooga, and Asheville. Through this experience, students listen to historical interpretation and learn to critically assess the values and motivations of the interpreters.
