Cultivating a Life Worth Living Through Every Forecast

Suicide Prevention Week | September 13-18, 2026

Suicide Prevention Week is an opportunity to raise awareness, strengthen connections and remind our community that support is available. Throughout the week, the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ community is invited to engage in programs and conversations that promote mental health, build skills for navigating difficult moments and encourage us to look out for ourselves and one another.

Just as weather changes, so do our emotional experiences. Some days feel sunny and hopeful, while others bring storms, uncertainty or fog. Suicide prevention is not about avoiding difficult weather—it is about learning how to navigate it together.

Throughout the week, explore the idea that every forecast passes, support can be found in every season, and lives worth living are cultivated through connection, hope, skills and community.

“You don’t have to weather the storm alone.”
