Implement health care options for full-time graduate students enrolled in Charlotte-based programs, align the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ and Queens medical and mental health care models, and complete the process for a consolidated student health insurance plan for the merged institution.
Open the Slattery Center, launching programs and experiences that promote health, well-being, and student engagement, including the new climbing and aquatics programming.
Elevate club sports as a strategic driver of enrollment, student connection, and well-being through targeted partnerships, programming, and resource investment.
Partner with the Center for Financial Literacy, Student Professional Development Center, and Dr. Jo Watts Williams School of Education to develop financial literacy/planning HEU courses taught by interested Student Life staff.

Develop a shared vision, mission, and values between student life units at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ and Queens, complete the organization design process, and begin to align culture, policies, and practices.
Establish a Future of the Profession Working Group to strengthen the higher education and student affairs talent pipeline and support undergraduate students considering a career in higher education.
