Short Videos: Key Ideas & Leadership Education at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ
Do you want to quickly understand major theories of leadership and learn about opportunities for faculty to get involved in leadership education at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ? Start here for an ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ-based (10 minutes) and then check out this one on (ten minutes).
After that, you may want to learn more about theories of leadership. To start, you can learn about . Then dive into two of the most used present-day approaches: the relational model and the social change model. For the relational model, consider these videos from  (three minutes),  (two minutes), and (seven minutes).
