    • We’d love to connect with you if you’ve taken the CliftonStrengths instrument and have questions or want to dig deeper into what your strengths mean, and how to use this information as a leader, employee, team member, etc.  Send an email to lead@elon.edu to schedule an appointment.
  • Intersect Conference

    • Save the Date: Tuesday, January 19, 2027 for our annual leadership and diversity education event open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members.  The Intersect Diversity and Leadership event provides a unique opportunity for our community to reflect, connect, and engage in meaningful dialogue about identity, leadership, and social change.
