How do I log in to Canvas?

Why don't I see my courses in Canvas yet?

Instructors decide when to make their courses available to students, so courses may appear at different times. Many instructors publish their courses shortly before the semester begins, while others may choose to publish later. If you don’t see a course after classes have started, we recommend contacting your instructor first.

Using Canvas During the Semester

If your instructor has announced that a course is available but you don’t see it, try refreshing your browser and checking your All Courses list. If the course still isn’t available, contact your instructor first. If the problem continues, the can help troubleshoot the issue.

Can I still use Moodle?

If you’re currently using Moodle for an academic course or a required module or assessment, continue using Moodle until you’ve completed that work.

Will my grades from Moodle appear in Canvas?

No. Canvas will contain your Fall 2026 courses. Previous coursework will remain available in Moodle until student access ends on October 23, 2026. If there are files or projects you would like to keep, we encourage you to download them before access ends.
