Need help while using Canvas? Access 24/7 Support

For “how-to” questions while working in Canvas, faculty and staff have access to 24/7 Canvas Support built directly into Canvas. Select the “Help” button in the Global Navigation menu to get started.

Canvas Support is provided in partnership with Instructure, the developer of Canvas, and can help with questions about Canvas features, assignments, grading, navigation, and other day-to-day tasks. Students also have access to 24/7 Canvas Support.
