ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Bridge

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Bridge is an alternative start opportunity for ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ applicants whose academic profile is below the university’s standard of eligibility. The program is a cohort of up to 12 non-degree seeking (non-matriculating) students taking up to 16 credit hours in the fall semester. Participants live on ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s campus and take courses taught by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ faculty. Coursework is designed to support student success. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Bridge participants who meet ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s transfer admission requirements at the completion of the fall semester will be admitted as matriculating ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students beginning in the spring semester.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Global Start (EGS) is a first semester abroad opportunity offering a path to full-time, degree-seeking enrollment for students in the spring semester. The program is designed to meet the needs of students ineligible for regular admission who wish to join the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ community in North Carolina. This transformational international opportunity supports ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s focus on developing global citizens. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ is nationally known as a leader in engaged, experiential learning. Students are prepared to appreciate and respect all forms of diversity as they develop into informed leaders. Students will spend their first semester studying in Dublin, Ireland.
